MYRE Handed EPC Contract for ConEdison’s Timberland Project in Georgia

MYR Energy Services Inc. (MYRE), a subsidiary MYR Group Inc. has executed a contract to Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses Inc. The project includes 194 MW DC/140MW AC utility-scale solar development and a new 345kV substation. The contract is worth over $100 million.

MYRE will provide engineering and procurement services (EPC) to install more than 380,000 modules on a 1,300-acre location and construct the substation. Preconstruction activities will begin immediately and the project will be completed by spring 2022. The project completion is planned for late 2023.
