Constellation Clearsight Provides Voliro Flying Robots for Utility Inspections

Constellation Clearsight, an energy inspection company, has signed a long-term agreement to Voliro AG. Voliro AG is a technology provider that specializes on developing advanced airborne robotics for critical infrastructure inspection and maintenance.

“Voliro’s highly maneuverable, advanced aerial inspection platform combined with Clearsight’s experienced experts will provide customers with actionable insights about the structural integrity of their equipment without risking the safety of a human inspector,” says Jimmy Carter, general manager of Constellation Clearsight.

Clearsight will offer its customers the Voliro T flying robotic robot to enhance its utility inspection services. The Voliro T has six degrees of freedom, allowing it to fly smoothly and steadily in the air while also being able to touch any object at any angle. Clearsight will be able to provide non-destructive testing, ultrasonic testing, and dry-film thickness measurements for its customers with this 360-degree drone.

“Constellation Clearsight presents us with an incredible opportunity – their qualified experts have the knowledge, resources and physical assets to offer solutions to plant owners to perform inspections faster and safer than before,” comments Mina Kamel, CEO of Voliro.
