The Renewables Consulting (RCG), a company of the ERM Group, is increasing its renewable energy services and projects in Canada. Bert Chen has been named senior associate.
Chen was previously a manager in business development at Brookfield Renewable Energy, where he was responsible to due diligence and project management for greenfield and mid-stage projects in North America. With a background in renewable energy and finance, Chen brings a commercial and financial perspective to RCG’s technical advisory offering.

RCG provides management and technical consulting services for emerging and mainstream renewable energy technologies. It works with the private sector, financial services and private equity firms, utilities, project developers, equipment manufacturers, engineering and construction companies for solar, wind, and emerging technologies. This includes wave, tidal, and energy-storage projects.
