Array Technologies, a provider of tracker solutions and services for utility-scale solar energy projects, has completed its previously announced acquisition of Soluciones Técnicas Integrales Norland S.L. (STI Norland), a European manufacturer for solar trackers.

STI Norland reported a September 30 executed contract and an award value of approximately $416 millions. The company was founded in 1996. It has a headquarters in Pamplona (Spain) and manufacturing facilities in Brazil and Spain. Its dual-row tracker system can be used in irregular terrain or areas that have low wind and/or snow loads. STI Norland has shipped or received more than 12 GW trackers.
